£12 BILLION ALLOCATION

Get up to £7,500 grant towards an air source heat pump, ground source heat pump and biomass boiler.

Get free energy saving improvements made to your home in England if you do not use a gas boiler as your main heating system.

Energy Company Obligation (ECO)
ECO4 requires energy suppliers to assist households in lowering their heating costs by implementing energy-saving measures. The level of support and types of improvements offered can vary.

Home insulation
Get support to insulate your home, which can include measures such as loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and other energy efficiency improvements to make homes more energy-efficient.

If you own your home, it must have an energy efficiency rating of D, E, F, or G to qualify for eligibility.
If you rent from a private landlord, the property must have an energy efficiency rating of E, F or G to be eligible. Additionally, you must obtain the landlord’s permission before any work can be carried out.
